1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Mundis, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mundis. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for anything that happens through your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Community Standards

Mundis is a place to meet people from around the world. To keep it that way, you agree not to: • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users • Post or send illegal content, including content that sexualizes minors • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity • Spam or flood chats, rooms, or the Feed • Use Mundis for anything illegal in your jurisdiction We provide tools to report and block other users, and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards, at our discretion.

5. Your Content

You keep ownership of anything you post, send, or upload to Mundis (messages, photos, Feed posts). By posting content, you give Mundis a license to store, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the app — for example, showing your Feed posts to other users, or delivering your messages to their recipients. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to share anything you post.

6. Premium Features

Mundis offers optional premium features (such as unlimited private groups). Where premium features are purchased, pricing and billing terms will be shown at the time of purchase through the applicable app store.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Standards, without prior notice in serious cases. You can stop using Mundis and delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers

Mundis is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly secure. You interact with other users at your own discretion — please use good judgment, especially when meeting people you've connected with through the app in person.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll try to let you know through the app.
