Safety Standards and Child Safety Policy

These standards apply to Mundis - Make new friends (the "Mundis" app) on Google Play and the App Store, operated by Mundis.

1. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

Mundis has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The following are strictly prohibited on Mundis, in profiles, posts, comments, Campfires, the Global Lobby, private groups and direct messages:

• Any content that depicts, promotes, or sexualizes minors, including drawings, AI-generated or edited images, and text.
• Grooming: befriending, manipulating, or pressuring a minor for sexual purposes, or attempting to move a minor to another platform for that purpose.
• Sextortion, or threatening or coercing anyone to share sexual images.
• Soliciting, sharing, trading, or linking to child sexual abuse material.
• Child trafficking or any sexual contact with minors.
• Any attempt to use Mundis to contact, meet, or exploit a child.

2. Age requirement

Mundis is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the app. Accounts we believe belong to someone under 18 are removed.

3. What we do when we find a violation

• Content that violates these standards is removed as soon as we become aware of it.
• Accounts involved in CSAE are permanently banned, and new accounts by the same person are blocked.
• We preserve relevant information and report apparent child sexual abuse material and child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant law enforcement authorities, as required by law.
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

4. How to report

• In the app: open the person's profile or press and hold the message or post, then tap Report. You can also block the person at any time.
• By email: send details (username, screenshots, what happened) to support@mundis.app. Child safety reports are reviewed as a priority.
• If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. You can also report to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.

5. Community guidelines

Mundis is built for genuine friendship across the world. You agree to:

• Treat others with respect — no harassment, threats, or bullying.
• Never engage in hate speech or discrimination.
• Not spam, scam, or flood chats, Campfires, or the Feed.
• Not share illegal or sexually explicit content.
• Use reporting and blocking tools when something feels wrong.

Accounts that break these guidelines may have content removed or be suspended or banned.

7. Your safety

Block, report, and privacy controls help, but please use good judgment when chatting, sharing personal details, or meeting someone you connected with on Mundis.
